Meet Leni, Our New Key Account Manager

– With solid experience in finance, strategy, and leadership, combined with a passion for technology and development, Leni brings a unique skill set that will contribute to NECON’s continued growth.

Originally from a small town in Eastern Norway, Leni has returned to Bergen after several years of education and work. She holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration with a specialization in strategy and leadership from NHH, as well as a bachelor’s degree in pedagogy. After completing her studies, she spent five years at Capgemini in management consulting, focusing on digital transformation and IT-related projects in the oil and gas industry.

– IT is my primary field, and I will be the main contact for this area at NECON moving forward. However, the Key Account Manager role is not strictly tied to a specific industry. At NECON, I get the opportunity to work across various sectors, expanding both my network and expertise, says Langås Flåta.

A Role with Purpose

As a Key Account Manager, Leni will be responsible for matching consultants with projects that align with their strengths and interests. In addition to her extensive IT experience, Leni has a strong background in strategic work, including implementing AI solutions – expertise she is eager to bring to NECON.

– I’m excited to help our consultants find their dream projects and match their skills with the right opportunities for our clients. That’s something that truly motivates and inspires me, she explains.
